About the Society
No 6024 “King Edward I” is maintained and operated by the 6024 Preservation Society Ltd on behalf of the Royal Scot Locomotive and General Trust. The 6024 Preservation Society Ltd is a Community Benefit Society and Exempt Charity, no 21746R.
Running and maintaining such a prestigious locomotive is a rewarding commitment and the Society’s members and volunteers invest themselves fully in keeping her in pristine condition.
